An elegantly designed large scale fan that will add distinction as well as functionality to your living space. The Espacio II provides 100 watts of light along with excellent air circulation. The fan comes in warm oil rubbed bronze with medium maple blades and elegant excavation glass or in cool brushed nickel and chrome with soft maple blades and white opal glass. Step 1   Select the finish

Please choose the finish of the fan. The blades as shown in the pictures below are always included in a sealed box with the fan. You will get a chance to add optional blades in Step 4 below.

Step 2  Select the downrod length based on your ceiling height

This fan is OK for standard 8 foot ceilings. Optional downrods are available for high ceilings. To calculate the distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the blades, add the length of the downrod to the dimension on the right of the diagram. For safe blade height subtract this distance from the height of your ceiling at the point where the fan will be mounted and make sure that it is at least 84 inches (7 feet).

Step 3   Select optional accessories

The hand held remote will operate the fan independently of the wall switch: if you choose it the wall switch will not have to be installed. If your ceiling slope is greater than 30 degrees but less than 45 degrees you will need the slope adapter to install the fan.
