The finish is obtained through special treatments that apply a deposit of thin film, made of a composite of titanium and titanium carbonitride with the "PVD" process (Physical Vapour Deposition) to the surface. This manufacturing process makes it possible to obtain a precious and velvety surface with gradations and reflections which change and vary through shades of dark grey. The finish is non-toxic and biocompatible and serves as insulator to the possible negative effects caused by the direct contact with metals.
